📣 An Open Letter: Why My Instagram Account Is Restricted — And How You Can Help
I never expected to write this. But this morning Instagram removed one of the most meaningful pieces of content that resonated with thousands of you — and placed a restriction on my account until August.
It was that reel. The one that asked:
“You’re hitting your protein.
Getting your steps in.
The scale is moving.
But… why does it still feel off?”
It was the reel that helped people realize their mindset matters just as much as the medication. That maybe this isn’t just a weight loss journey — it’s a healing journey. That they weren’t alone.
For so many of you, that post was the reason you followed me. It resonated not because I promised results — but because I told the truth.

Instagram flagged it for “promoting prescription drugs.” But I’ve never sold or distributed medications. I’ve never partnered with telehealth companies. I’ve built this entire platform on integrity, sharing research-based, personal, non-medical support — because our community deserves that.
I’m now appealing to the Meta Oversight Board, but they only review a small number of cases. And I’m asking for your help — if this work has meant something to you, your voice could help protect it.
