Day 2 of reading my emails to you. So I made a special space on my website to share these. I think the audio version is more fun but I’m practicing recording audio to finally create the podcast. Might even use some of these as early episodes. MAYBE.

I’m doing themed months inside the GLP-1 Strategy Lab Membership this year.
I’ve been speaking to the members inside the lab about all the upcoming changes.
And I’m pulling out my GLP-1 Mindset Reset course out of the membership.
That’s a conversation for another day,
or a blog post but for now…
Filming today’s lesson for the Love & Confidence Mindset made me think of something…
If I were to go back in time, or when one of my clients or Lab members comes to me at the very beginning of their journey… what would be the top 3 things I tell them to do?
Easy.

Number 1: Take photos immediately and videos with a full body spin.
(page 9 of my GLP-1 Essentials Guide, literally been the same number 1 step since I first created GLP-1 Guide)
Usually when I’m coaching or teaching inside my programs, I get push back on this.
Or feelings come up about doing this.
And I GET IT.
Omg do I get it.
I literally have no full body pictures of myself without physically covering myself with a child for all of 2022-2023. (I started GLP-1 Jan 2024).
Pretty annoying because my before photos all need to have my kiddos or actually many of my before photos aren’t even my before photos.
Anyways, I digress!
You do not need to love your body to document it.
Just collect data as I always say to my clients.
File it away, you don’t even have to look at it.
But one day, sooner than you imagine, it will matter.
Best practice: try to do this monthly and just put them all in one folder on your phone or computer if you don’t want to look at them yet.

Number 2: Don’t weigh in daily.
Seriously, this is important. And idk anyone else who would share that with you so go click all these links that I just spent the last hour finding for you to really get this point across:

I literally took it out of my course and put it into my FREE resource because I just needed more folks to know you could do this differently if you already got too attached to your daily weigh ins. (page 14)

Number 3: Track your wins, all of them. Everything. Every day if you can.
Want to change your life completely?
And no, I don’t mean just that losing weight B.S.
Get out of here with that.
We’re here to do SO MUCH MORE than just lose weight.
Start doing this. Write down all the good things in your day, life, health whatever. Everyday. And connect it to a why. Even if you only do it for 7 days… oof.
No, I didn’t make that up.
Page 17 in The GLP-1 Essentials Guide, if you click the hyperlink that says “Free Bonus: Three Good Things”.
We do that exercise every 6 months inside the membership together, but I actually made a brand new journal for us to track GLP-1 life into and it includes a dedicated space to do it daily.
It’s funny, I didn’t plan to connect all these points right back to the Essentials Guide.
And on Feb 1st 2026, I was going to pull that resource from the internet…
I had this annoying string of unsubscribes right after people downloaded that guide.
I had convinced myself that it just means the folks who I was promoting that guide must not be aligned with me.
LOL, literally 80% of you are here from that one guide but somehow it was in my head.
But I think it was more that less than 5% of people ever look at free resources they get that got to me.
Anyways, just working on my A++ that sets us apart from industry standards. 😉
Building Self Love & Confidence is a complex journey BUT those 3 things will quickly be game changers to a healing journey instead of a toxic one. Yes, even the photos.
